DOMINGO DE RESURRECCIÓN

Ayer no escribí la homilía. Fue un eco de la del Jueves Santo. Fuimos desgranando los aspectos del Amor cristiano que aparecen en el Himno de la Caridad y contemplándolos en Jesús, en su Pasión. Fue precioso ver la lección magistral de Amor que el Maestro nos dio en ese momento. Conforme íbamos contemplando a Jesús invitaba a hacer una contemplación agradecida de cómo el Espíritu Santo va transformando nuestra vida en cada uno de esos aspectos. Miraba a los hermanos y hermanas y descubría que lo que estaba diciendo se hace verdad en sus vidas. Veía personas que el amor les hace soportarlo todo, vivir con paciencia lo que parece imposible, disculpar sin límites, gastarse gratuitamente, esperar contra toda esperanza, amar de forma sencilla, historias de amabilidad y delicadeza… mis hermanos son un regalo para mí, escritura de Dios que se hace vida.

Esta noche vamos a celebrar la Vigilia Pascual que con tanto esmero cuidamos. La mejor celebración del año. Para mí cada Vigilia tiene algo único y especial. La de este año la vivo desde la situación familiar complicada por una madre que ha sufrido mucho toda la vida y ahora le toca una vejez con demencia apagándose poco a poco. Una de mis hermanas hoy lloraba y sacaba su rabio de dentro porque la vida ha sido muy injusta con ella y que Dios ya podía haberla librado de esta vejez. Esta tarde también nos llegaba la noticia de la muerte de un niño paralítico cerebral. ¿Se puede proclamar la victoria de Jesús ante el sufrimiento? Yo digo que sí aunque a veces no podemos decir nada sino sólo ser una presencia, un testimonio de la paz de la Resurrección. Esa Paz no es como una pastilla que nos ayuda a aliviar el dolor, sino que nos da el sentido de todo sufrimiento. Sin la resurrección de Jesús el dolor y la injusticia tendrían la última palabra. Pero no es así. La última palabra la tiene siempre Dios que es Amor y ama a mi madre, a Raúl y a todos los que sufre, sobre todo a los que sufren por la injusticia, por el pecado de otros.

Sólo desde la experiencia del amor de Dios se puede vivir esta vida con toda su dignidad. Esa experiencia que se hace posible en el encuentro con Jesús resucitado. Pero hay tantos y tantos que no conocen todavía el amor de Dios. Como a las mujeres Jesús nos envía a decirle a los demás que vayan a Galilea que allí lo verán. Que vivan la vida como un camino al encuentro con Jesús. Esta Pascua que tenemos por delante será ese camino a Galilea. Feliz Pascua y bendiciones.  Para ver las lecturas pincha aquí.
