Esta semana leía las palabras del Papa en un congreso internacional de pastoral vocacional. Francisco, como siempre valiente y claro, decía que no estamos ante una crisis de vocaciones sacerdotales y religiosas sino ante una crisis mucho mayor: una crisis de seguimiento, una crisis de discipulado, una crisis de laicado, una crisis de fe… no escasean los sacerdotes y religiosas, lo que escasean son cristianos, laicos cristianos, familias cristianas… es decir personas que han tenido un encuentro real con el Señor. Creo que esto es hoy que la sal se ha vuelto sosa. Si nuestras parroquias, grupos, cofradías están llenos de personas que no han tenido ese encuentro personal con Jesús, éstos no pueden dan sabor, no pueden dar luz. Benedicto XVI convocó el Año de la fe, también para esto, para caer en la cuenta de cómo la fe se va desgastando, languideciendo poco a poco y nos parece todo tan normal. Los cristianos vivimos exactamente como los demás, no nos distinguimos en nuestro modo de trabajar, de comprar, de vivir la sexualidad, de divertirnos…

 

Por eso nosotros hemos decidido cambiar nuestra forma de hacer las cosas. No hemos suprimido la pastoral ordinaria basada en que quiero que mi hijo se bautice, haga la comunión o quiero confirmarme para ser padrino. Pero sí que somos realistas y aceptamos que la mayoría de las personas con las que tratamos en esto no han tenido un encuentro personal con Jesús y somos nosotros los que tenemos la responsabilidad de ofrecérselo. No nos preciamos de saber cosa alguna que a Jesucristo. Es lo que una y otra vez sin cansarnos, sin miedo a ser cansinos, proponemos y anunciamos. Jesús, Dios encarnado que ha dado su vida en la cruz por nosotros, ha resucitado y está vivo en medio de nosotros. ¿Cómo sabemos si una persona ha tenido ese encuentro con Jesús, cómo se nota? Es que es misionero, en que es luz y sal, contagia y trasmite la fe. ¿A cuántos has llevado tú a la fe? ¿Cuántos se han encontrado con Jesús a través de tu testimonio? Si el resultado es cero, o muy pocos, y llevas tiempo paradillo es que o no se ha dado ese encuentro o es que has perdido el amor primero y vives una relación con Él muy tibia.

La semana que viene celebramos la Campaña de Manos Unidas, una oportunidad para que nuestra luz rompa como la aurora al no cerrarnos en nuestra propia carne. En todas las parroquias de celebra la colecta y en muchas la cena del hambre (nosotros el sábado después de la Misa). El viernes podemos ayunar para hacer limosna de lo que nos ahorramos. Esta semana también se celebra el día sobre la “Trata de blanca” es el 8 de febrero día de Santa Bakhita. En la Parroquia vamos a celebrar una Eucaristía especial por ello el miércoles a las 19.00.
